There, in four months Powell added more than 8 points, 3 assists and 2 steals in just 18 minutes per game in an important role as 6th man/microwave, After that, Oliveirense recovered their injured PG and, because of the needs of the team to sign a 5 and the option of releasing him for free, this made the Portuguese team to not continue with the relationship. After that, at the end of the transfer market, Powell joined an almost relegated Carbajosa in LEB Silver and, after just a few early games of adaptation, his team ended up winning 6 of 7 games reaching the last week with options to save the category, with Powell averaging 20 points and 6 assists per game in that streak.

In his style, Powell stands out mainly for his tremendous energy, his stealing ability (he has been TOP-3 in steals per minute every year in each of the leagues he has played in) and his ability to create his own points, both from the shot in 1-on-1 situations or Pick & Roll situations, both going to the rim or attacking in arrival and transition.
