Bulgarian big who counts as a Local Formation Player (JFL) in France and as a national player in both Malaysia and the ASEAN League derived from his multiple roots, since he was born in the Asian country and developed his first years of basketball training in between Poitiers and Vichy in the European country. After that, Lepichev went to the United States, where he first enrolled in the Kankakee Junior College to end up playing his last two years of American adventure at Florida Atlantic University (NCAA). In his senior year in the NCAA D1, Lepichev averaged more than 5 points and 5 rebounds per game, good numbers that drew attention in his native Malaysia, making his professional debut in the powerful ASEAN League, a league with former NBA players where Lepichev averaged figures of 11 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists and almost 2 blocks per game. After the suspension from the league and joining our agency, the Bulgarian player joined Liberbank Oviedo (LEB Oro) in the preseason of the 2020-21 season, being able to be fit to sign at the beginning of the season for Basket Navarra (LEB Plata), achieving in one of the best teams in the competition and averaging more than 10 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and a block for more than a PIR of 12 in an average of 25 minutes per game.


In his style, Lepichev stands out mainly for his physical talent and athleticism, natural conditions of the major leagues that together with his size and mobility make him a player with very interesting potential. At 2.06 meters tall, he mainly occupies the position of power forward, although he can also occupy the Center position, providing versatility to the teams where he plays thanks to his versatility. He stands out mainly for his rolling ability in Pick&Roll situations, to which he adds an interesting low post game, an enormous vision and passing ability for his position and a great ability for both the rebound in both ends. He is a good stealer and shows very quick reflexes, getting deflections and easily reaching the block in situations of recovery. He can shoot from outside in open situations and this season he has already averaged a 35% in the 3-pointers in the regular season in LEB Plata. He can play point forward because of his ability to distribute the ball to certain quintets and is an excellent blocker.
