BIOGRAPHY

Rookie who came out from Portland State University (NCAA D1) after an outstanding career in NCAA Division II highlighted by his ability to score a lot and in long streaks of points. He waits for his moment in the game, but he’s able to create his points from the dribble and, when he starts, it’s very difficult to stop him. Excellent technical skills to create space to shoot, having a good % from mid-range and three pointers.

REPORT

He’s not heavy, but thanks to his speed he’s able to go and finish at the rim, even with contact against big guys. He holds the jump in the air and that allows him to finish against any opponent. He forces FT and scores them (≈ 80% in his career). He comes from a weird bad year in the 3-point line (32/105), derived from a bad % in open shots (8/39), scoring much more in situations from the dribble. He fakes to create space with his body to shoot. In his three previous years, he had a good 43% from three-point range with 3 three-pointers on average per game. Great player in 1×1 or 2×2 situations. On defense, he’s very active and compensates with his activity and speed the lack of body. He can hold and stop big guys in switches moving hands and making the baskets difficult to his rivals. Excellent in steals, which allows him to launch transitions and score a lot for his team.
